Water Treatment Plant Upgrade

Brief Description:

The Work includes the construction of a new river water intake structure; providing a new river water pump and piping; construction of an new river water metering pit; construction of a new rapid mix basins; replacement of flocculation equipment and flocculation baffle walls; replacement of settled water weir troughs; construction of a new intermediate pump station; construction of a new membrane treatment building and installation of procured membrane equipment; construction of two chlorine contact tanks and clearwells; modifications to high service suction piping in river water and high service pump station; construction of new high service metering pit; replacement of chemical metering pumps and piping; replacement of lime feed system; construction of new chlorine dioxide feed facilities; replacement of chlorination piping; replacement of existing sand filter backwash wastewater pumps; conversion of existing suction well to combined backwash wastewater holding basin; construction of new backwash recycle pump station; construction of new wastewater pumping station and forcemain; construction of new high service main; miscellaneous site grading, piping, landscaping, and paving work; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning work; interior process, plumbing, and fire protection piping and appurtenances; electrical and controls work; and demolition work.
